Our preferred call assist solution is AssistCall which is part of the Vox Ignis product range.
All AssistCall field devices are compatible with Lexicomm, delivering alarms for accessible toilets and rooms under BS8300-2: 2018, plus a range of building safety alarms and inputs.
AssistCall and AssistCallPro
AssistCall is the smarter way to manage assistance calls and safety alarms across any site. With a new touch screen controller, AssistCallPro offers a common solution from one toilet alarm to an addressable, networked system that covers any size facility with multiple alarm types.
AssistCall is fully monitored, as every quality safety system should be. Standalone one and four zone AssistCall controllers will supply accessible toilet and bedroom alarms on smaller sites.
